Wir wollen anregen, juristische Repressionen in die Planung politischer Aktionen einzubeziehen. Warum ist es sinnvoll, sich in der Vorbereitung politischer Aktionen mit möglicher Weise folgenden strafrechtlichen Konsequenzen auseinander zu setzen? Welche „Chancen“ bietet ein Gerichtsprozess, um das politische Anliegen weiter zu verfolgen? Warum lohnt es sich als Abwehrstrategie Gerichtsprozesse als politische Bühne zu nutzen? Wie schaffen wir es, mutiger und selbstbewusster in Aktion zu treten? Ein Impulsvortrag mit eigenen Erfahrungsberichten, praktischen Tipps und Platz für Diskussionen.

Activism and self defense in court: With our presentation we would like to start a conversation about the importance of being aware of possible legal repressions when planning political actions. In the process of planning said actions, why can it be so important to think about the legal repercussions that might follow? What are the ‘opportunities’ in a court case to use it for your own political cause and why can it be a good defense mechanism to make the trial a political stage? How can we learn to feel brave and safer when we take action? A presentation with personal experiences, helpful tips and space for questions and discussions.
